We’re excited to announce our Exploring Personality Psychology Workshop as part of the STEM Pathways for Girls monthly workshop series! This engaging workshop is perfect for 5th-8th grade students who identify as female, nonbinary, or non-gender-conforming and are curious about what makes them unique while exploring the science of human behavior.️
About the Workshop:With the guidance of Museum Educator Amida McNulty—who holds a degree in Psychology and Educational Studies from Carleton College and has spent three years developing Social Emotional Learning curriculum for elementary students at the Santa Fe Children’s Museum—students will: -Learn how psychologists study personality -Identify their Big 5 OCEAN Traits -Gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses -Decipher between science and pseudoscience in psychology
